Business Services
There are many types of DSL, depending on your location and what you plan on using the Internet for. We can help you decide what service is best for you. Here is a brief description and speed of the different types of DSL.
Internet / Intranet and FTP- ADSL (Asymmetric DSL) Asymmetric means the downstream and upstream are different speeds.
-Line share service, piggy backs on your current Voice line. You MUST have a voice line from your ILEC (at&t, Qwest, or Verizon) -Dry line service, has NO voice line requirements as it is delivered on a dedicated pair of copper
ADSL SOHO accounts include...
- FREE ADSL 4 port Router (Motorola 2247)
- One static IP address (additional IP's available)
- Up to 10 POP3 or IMAP E-mail boxes (you@LBDSL.net) Each mail box gives you 2GB of storage space.
- Dial-up access while you are traveling away from your DSL connection. 10 free hours/month with 6000+ local access numbers. (a unlimited dial-up account is available upon request)
- Reverse DNS for your static IP's available upon request.
- A 21 day satisfaction guarantee
- Dry ADSL SOHO lines include a SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- Domain Web Hosting (Additional Charge)
ADSL SOHO Installation charges:
-Requires each computer to have a NIC (Network Interface Card) also known as Ethernet cards to connect to the DSL Router.
*For these configurations, Lightning Bolt uses two (2) static IP addresses to provide the Service and assigns one (1) static IP address to the router. A total of three (3) static IP addresses will be unavailable to the End User. NAT via the provided router is not available for these configurations.

ADSL2+ : ADSL2+ is the next generation of ADSL Broadband. Downstream bandwidth can be doubled up to a distance as far as 8,000 wire feet from the central office.
Our current ADSL2+ coverage areas are:
Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL, Dallas, TX, Los Angeles, CA, Miami, FL, New York, NY, Philadelphia, PA, San Diego, CA, San Francisco, CA, Seattle, WA, Washington D.C.

Our ADSL2+ products will be delivered on a dry/dedicated copper loop, which means these services will not be attached to any voice service, nor will we require an voice service for ADSL2+ to be installed.
ADSL2+ SOHO accounts include...
- FREE ADSL 4 port Router (Motorola 2247)
- A static IP address (additional IP's available)
- Up to 10 POP3 or IMAP E-mail boxes (you@LBDSL.net) Each mail box gives you 2GB of storage space.

SDSL (Symmetric DSL) Symmetric means the downstream and upstream are the same speeds. SDSL service offers a variety of bandwidths for the business or telecommuter who sends and receives equal amounts of data.
IDSL- IDSL service extends high-speed data capabilities to customers located outside of the typical DSL range as well as those customers whose phone service is provided via Pair Gain and/or Fiber to the Curb.
NOTE: IDSL is available on loops that contain 25,000 feet or less of copper cabling. Many loops contain both copper and fiber cabling. It is possible that, while the LMR distance exceeds 25,000 feet, the loop may still qualify for IDSL service. Fiber cabling, even though included in the LMR distance value, is not considered in determination of the availability of IDSL.

T1 Line- T1 service is best suited for a 'bandwidth hungry' commercial locations which sends and receives large amounts of data. Although T1 service is geared toward commercial locations, we can normally install T1 service in most residential locations as well. T1 service offers the fastest speed for your dedicated network connection.
We currently price our fractional, and full T1's in one of 2 ways. In some area's we are able to offer a flat rate price, in these area's it doesn't matter how far the location is from the Central Office (CO) or from our Point of Presence (POP), the price listed below is what you pay, there are no hidden fees or taxes.
However in some locations our prices are not a flat rate and are mileage/distance based. At these locations, we do need to do an individual quote for your location. Just as with our flat rate pricing, the rate quoted is all you pay, there are no hidden fees or taxes. If you are unsure if your location qualifies for flat rate pricing, or needs to be quoted, you can check online via our pre-qualification tool, the results will show a note about flat rate or needing a price quote. Or feel free to contact us via email or telephone.
