Terms and Condition for the Lightning Bolt Technologies’ iPod Promotion
- Lightning Bolt DSL, and T1 Service is not available in all areas.
- Orders must be placed between May 23, 2008 and July 30, 2008, and successfully installed.
- Orders not able to be installed due to technical limitations, do not qualify for this promotion.
- Current users may only participate if they are not in contract, and agree to renew their current service, or upgrade their current service for a 2-year term. Current users in contract, are not eligible for this offer.
- New users must sign and agree to a 2-year agreement.
- Account must be in good standing, and have been active for 60 days.
- Please allow 2-4 weeks after your 60th day of activation or renewal of service to receive iPod or iPhone.
- iPods and iPhones can only be shipped to the installation address.
- Must be at least eighteen years old.
- Offer good only in those states in the U.S.A. where it is not prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.
- Offer is good for one (1) iPod or iPhone per order any duplicate request will be destroyed
- Cancelled orders or service disconnected for any reason, within sixty (60) days of the Service Activation date, do not qualify
- By participating in this offer, participants agree to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions
- No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Lightning Bolt Technologies, which reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another Prize of equal or greater value.
