1. Your order is successfully placed within the incentive period. Once the you have your order confirmation email (usually within 1 week of the order date), you can apply for the rebate. NOTE: You do not have to wait for the DSL circuit to be installed before applying for the rebate.
2. You go to the Web Site given, to apply for the rebate and choose the offer that corresponds to the service you purchased. If you choose the incorrect service, you will not be able to advance to the initial application screen.
At the first screen, you will enter your order number, and your installation address and zip code. Note that the order number is referenced in the provisioning emails that you receive from use during the order provisioning process. The information that you enter must match what is on the DSL order; otherwise you will receive a message asking to double check the information and try again.
You cannot advance to the second screen if the first screen is not filled out correctly.
If you try to apply too soon after the order is placed (i.e., inside of 24 hours), the order may not be in our system yet, in which case you will be denied on the first screen.
3. At the second screen, you input the remainder of the address information (City and State) and the installation phone number.
4. At the third and final screen, you gets an online "rebate form" with a bar code. At this step, you are also issued a Submission Number.
IMPORTANT: You are instructed at this point to print and retain the form for their records, or copy the information down on a piece of paper if you do not have a printer. If you neglect to retain this information we will not be able to honor the rebate if there is a problem with the online submission.
